• Accommodation
• Breakfast (Breakfast is included separately with hotel accommodation)

• Transfers (you must make your own arrangements to and from the venue)

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

Participants who cancel their participation in writing to the technical organizer/agency Vivid Original by August 5, 2024, can receive a refund of the paid registration fee after the Congress, minus VAT and 10% administrative costs. Participants who wish to cancel their participation after August 5, 2024, will not be able to receive a refund of the paid amount, but they can substitute another participant’s name.

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION

Services must be canceled in writing to the email address of the technical organizer/agency Vivid Original. Participants who cancel their participation in writing by July 15, 2024, can receive a refund of the paid amount for accommodation, minus VAT and 10% administrative costs.

Participants who cancel their accommodation reservation in writing between July 15, 2024, and August 5, 2024, can receive a refund of 50% of the paid amount for accommodation, minus VAT and 10% administrative costs. Client can cancel a maximum of 50% of the reserved capacities.

For accommodation reservations canceled after August 5, 2024, or for no-show reservations, refunds are not possible.
